Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, tender and tasty with the sweetness of honey to enhance the rich minted gravy. Served with mashed potato topped with lemon parsley ciabatta breadcrumbs, and a side of carrots, green beans and Romano beans.

Oven Instructions
Pre-heated oven: 200°C/400°F/Gas 5-6. Fan oven: 180°C/355°F. 30 mins or longer if required.
Cooking Guidelines
Cook from frozen. Do not pierce, cook with film lid on. Ensure food is piping hot. Once cooked do not reheat. Stir before serving.
