At Wiltshire Farm Foods Professional, we feel that everyone should be able to enjoy their meals, no matter their dietary needs. Our innovative Texture Modified Meals have been carefully created to ensure those who have chewing or swallowing difficulty can still take pleasure in their food, safe in the knowledge that, with our three different food textures, we have taken away the worry from mealtimes.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, our award-winning range is the easy way for you to serve to your residents or patients with confidence. You can even spoil them with our range of delicious desserts designed just for them! With more than 85 mouth-watering meals to choose from, there really is something for everyone.
Our Texture Modified meals are available in three different textures:
Level 4 - Purée Meals
Our Level 4 Puree meals have a smooth texture and need no chewing, so your residents can enjoy them with peace of mind. Those with smaller appetites can take advantage of our Puree Petite range, which gives them the same delicious meals, with the same great nutrition, but all in a portion size they can manage.
Level 5 - Minced Meals
Our Level 5 Minced meals give a little more variety in texture than our Puree meals, but still require almost no chewing. This range includes hearty stews and casseroles served with different mashed side dishes.
Level 6 - Soft & Bite-Sized
Our Level 6 Soft & Bite-Sized meals include easily manageable and softly cooked pieces of vegetables, fish and meat, served in mouth-watering sauces. Side dishes for this range are mashed or diced and provide wonderful accompaniments for these meals.

Our dishes provide a safe way to ensure that residents get the correct texture they need. If you’re unsure of the right texture for your resident or patient, then we would always advise that you speak to a healthcare professional.
Easy to chew
Sometimes residents can benefit from more tender foods to make chewing a little easier; those with dentures or might have recently had dental surgery may enjoy our Extra Tender range.
Flexible portion options
Appetite sizes can change and for those whose portion size needs to be a bit more manageable, we have our Puree Petite meals. The great news is, that the meal might be smaller, but there’s no loss in nutritional value.
