Cooking Guidelines

For best results remove from all packaging and place on a serving plate. Allow to defrost for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. 1 hour before serving remove from the refrigerator to come up to ambient temperature before serving. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Ingredients

water, cream cheese (MILK) (20%), sugar, skimmed MILK, lemon juice (6%), EGG yolk, rapeseed oil, WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), MILK portein, dextrose, lemon peel (0.8%), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin ), waxy maize starch, thickeners (agar, xanthan gum, guar gum), caramelised sugar, EGGS, salt, modified starch, ground vanilla, citrus fibres, raising agents (sodium carbonate, diphosphates), saffron, turmeric, turmeric extract.
